There are a lot of portfolio ops best practices that transcend firm type, and we’re here to aggregate them! That said, the OneGuide Portfolio Ops network is a particularly good fit for leaders at:
- Firms that invest in growth stage or expansion stage companies (this could be PE or VC, minority or majority–but there are common challenges that come with accelerating growth)
- Firms that have B2B software or services businesses in their portfolios, as the OneGuide library and network is particularly deep in B2B go-to-market topics areas.
- Firms with lean ops teams, for whom access to peers at other firms can be particularly valuable
When it comes to area of portfolio ops responsibilty, we welcome all functions including generalists, talent specialists, GTM specialists, tech specialists, finance specialists etc.
